Rainier
Cabinetry & Design opened its doors in Seattle in
1998.
Owner Ingrid Miller, a professional member of the
American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), worked as a
commercial interior designer before turning her focus to
residential design in 1994. She holds a master’s degree
in interior design from the University of Massachusetts
and a bachelor’s degree in studio art from Bowdoin
College in Maine. She has also studied fine furniture
making and worked in a custom cabinetry shop.
Designer Pat Allen
has been working with Wood-Mode as well as other premium
cabinetry lines since she opened her own showroom in
Traverse City, Michigan, in 1984. She graduated from
Western Kentucky State University in 1968 with a degree in
design and education. Pat has earned numerous design and
sales awards and is a longtime, active member of Zonta
International, a women’s service organization. She
moved to the Seattle area in 1994.
Designer Kris Szczutowski
joined Rainier Cabinetry & Design, Inc. in 2004. Kris was born and educated in Europe. She has been working in the Interior Design field for 15 years and is a member of the Northwest Society of Interior Designers. When she’s not transforming interiors into works of art, she can be found on the dance floor doing the Tango.
